Yes. Every SÁHD The Label crochet barrel bag is handmade to order. Each piece is crafted with care, which means no two bags are exactly the same.

How long does it take to make my bag

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your bag to be made before it ships. Because each item is handmade, production time may vary slightly depending on order volume.

When will my order ship

Once your bag is complete, shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the US after processing. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final. Because each bag is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Can I cancel or change my order

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. 

Are the colors exactly as shown

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of the product.

Are the bags limited edition

Yes. The Color Theory Barrel Bags are produced in limited quantities. Once a color sells out, it may not return.

How should I care for my crochet bag

To keep your bag looking its best, spot clean gently with cold water and mild soap. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Do you ship internationally

Yes. We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
